SYSTEM DESIGN

With our own in-house design facility, United Structural Components can design quality components for all types of construction and remodeling projects: commercial, industrial and residential.

Our design department is completely integrated with our manufacturing facility. In fact, much of our equipment functions by receiving computerized engineering specs, then using that information to align, cut, mark, plate and press components for the greatest possible accuracy.

CUSTOMER REVIEW

At United Structural Components, a design team including truss designers and value engineering specialists work personally with architects, structural engineers, contractors, construction managers and lumber suppliers to create components specific to the job at hand. When you show us your construction plan, our designer will communicate closely with you to ensure that the system we’re designing meets your specifications and wishes for the way you like to build.

HIGH-TECH PRODUCTION

Once design and engineering work are complete, and component plans reviewed by the customer, production begins. United Structural Components’ advanced technology, including computerized, laser-guided cutting, lets us produce highly accurate structural component systems, faster.

Our design team provides you with complete system layouts and component profiles so your crew knows the exact appearance, dimensions and location of every truss, plate or part you receive from United Structural Components.
